The Manoir du Carra opens its doors to you on the occasion of Beaujonomie 2025.

We are waiting for you at 7pm: you will be able to park in the estate.

On your arrival, Damien and Frédéric Sambardier, winegrowers of the estate, will offer you a tour of the owner: you will be able to admire the panoramic view of the Nizerand valley (border between the Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages appellations) and the Château de Montmelas, if the weather is good, while enjoying a wine from the estate.

Then, comfortably installed in the vat, Baptiste Favre (Savoyard chef) and Adeline Coulange (Normandy pastry and chocolate maker) will take you on a gustatory journey between Savoie and Beaujolais. You will taste wines made by your hosts and selected for the occasion.

The grapes on the cake: Julien Curveur will transport you into his musical universe through a live concert.
