The meal

Arnaud Desprès is the one who will be making sure you enjoy yourselves. He has whipped up a tailor-made program for the weekend:

 

- Meet up at 11 a.m. for a guided walk to the Chapelle de la Madone, just to admire the view that stretches out over the Saône plains and overlooks the region of Beaujolais vineyards. 

Special request: good mood required before sitting down to lunch! 

 

- At lunch, a tasting session devoted to the vintner's wines accompanied by an epicurean meal, with commentary from the Arnaud Desprès himself.

My estate in a nutshell: Domaine de La Madone is located on the renowned La Madone hill in Fleurie. The estate has been in the family for six generations. 

 

The estate's specialty: the Fleurie cru, but we also produce rosé and Viognier. 

 

Why did you choose Marjorie Cercy's cuisine? The estate's inn serves traditional dishes in the heart of the vineyards, year round.
