Our philosophy? To make wines "of the place", reflecting their terroirs thanks to biodynamic practices.
Come and enjoy a unique moment with your family or friends around the wines of the château, the refined products of the Comptoir Mère Brazier grocery shop and the notes of jazz.
You will discover how we make our wines by visiting our most beautiful plot of Clos du Château and our cellars.
At the end of this visit, you will enjoy a festive meal in all gourmandise.
The Château des Bachelards
The Benedictine monks of Cluny created the Château des Bachelards vineyard around 1100.
Bachelards is the southernmost monastic vineyard in Burgundy. Triply certified organic FR-BIO-15 and biodynamic Demeter and Biodyvin, the wines are part of this lineage.
The vines are in one plot around the château surrounded by a clos and our agroforestry project.
This allows us to benefit from a unique and privileged biotope.

The Épicerie comptoir Mère Brazier was born from the common desire of Mathieu Viannay, double starred chef and MOF, and Gilles Demange, founder of the world pate-crust championship, to revive a mythical place.
Indeed, through their establishment, they wish to revive the famous grocery shop, the "porte pot", run in 1921 by Eugénie Brazier, a great name in Lyon's gastronomy.
Thus, they offer gourmets a wide selection of fine homemade products for convivial moments with family or friends.
