The meal

For one evening, the Château de l'Eclair team invites you to come and experience, with friends, as a couple, or as a family, a moment of sharing placed under the sign of conviviality under the format of an evening aperitif.

 

This is an opportunity to discover the wines of the Beaujolais region in more detail and to talk with the entire team, who will be delighted to share with you the history of the estate and to present the wines around the plates carefully prepared by the chef.

 

An animation will punctuate your evening and will allow you to leave with a souvenir of this beautiful evening. But it's a surprise! To know more, follow our news on the networks!

Château de l'Eclair

True craftsmen committed to innovation, we are the bearers of innovations through our trials from the vine to the glass, and our actions are carried out with respect for the environment, the vine, the wine, those who drink them and the many traditions of which we are the heirs.


 

We take special care of our vines and work in "sustainable production". We are certified Terra Vitis® and we respect the balance between the plant, the soil and the climate.

Our vineyard is grassed to promote biodiversity in our plots, limit soil erosion and naturally control the vigor of our vines (guaranteeing the concentration of our grapes).

All these actions combined are the guarantee of a culture respectful of the environment.


 

For us, healthy grapes are the basis of a good wine! Today, we have 20 hectares, spread over several communes: Liergues, Jarnioux, Rivolet, Saint-Étienne- la-Varenne, Chénas, planted with Gamay, Chardonnay, Muscat and Gamaret.

Working with Benoît was an obvious choice! We have common values of conviviality and sharing but also a desire to promote our local products.
