The Château Portier, enclosed by walls, with its Burgundian towers with glazed tiles, is built next to the famous Moulin à Vent, a historic monument from the 15th century, which subsequently became one of the emblems of Beaujolais. Denis, Danielle, Chastel-Sauzet, owners and winegrowers will guide you with passion through the stones, history and the senses, and will make you taste the estate's wines.

To whet your appetite, Denis will take you on a tour of the 17th century vaulted cellars of Château Portier. Then, your hosts will welcome you in the courtyard of the Château and offer you a friendly aperitif served in the garden facing the Windmill and the Château's gazebos. The aperitif will be followed by a winemaker's lunch that Danielle and Maria will have been keen to cook for you together, whose delicious dishes will delight all the guests at the Château!
