Fine menu with the Sommelier & Discovery of the Vineyard with the largest Beaujolais cellar in the Universe

 

Guillaume Mithieux, sommelier specializing in Beaujolais and work with Georges Blanc & Marc Veyrat, today at the head of Maison des Beaujolais (restaurant with the most extensive Beaujolais wine cellar: with more than 600 references), will accompany you and sits down with you for a meal paired with food and wine and a magnificent overview of the Great Wines of Beaujolais.

 

Entertainment: before the meal, enjoy a tasting led by Guillaume Mithieux to discover the wines of Beaujolais and the region and play with your senses.

 

La Maison des Beaujolais, a gateway to the vineyard, was created in 1952 by winegrowers to participate in the promotion of the Beaujolais Vineyard; it has served it ever since by representing it in all its diversity.
