The event

Les Etoiles en Beaujolais are passionate female winemakers joining forces to welcome you in a little corner of paradise, at the Domaine de la Bouronière in Fleurie. They'd like you to come and share a fine-dining experience, in an outstanding panoramic site overlooking the village. Aurélien Mérot, chef from the emblematic Auberge du Cep in Fleurie is going to help them enhance the Beaujolais-flavored meal. Wines by Les Etoiles will accompany this festival of the senses and transport you from the north to the south of this wonderful region. Sparkling, white or red wines will all delight your palate. A "digestive" stroll after the meal will be a great opportunity to discover the estate's vineyards and cellars!

10 passionate women, 10 Etoiles representing all the Beaujolais appellations. Convinced that wine bears witness to a story, a culture, a civilization and the evolution of our societies, they share the same profession as well as an attitude and a vision of life. And on top of that, they have their hearts set on showing you the vineyard's outstanding landscapes.


We chose Aurélien Mérot because he's at the head of a legendary inn that he has taken over with panache. He has successfully united authenticity with daring.


A restaurant packed with history where the last ‘Mother of Beaujolais’ welcomed her loyal customers until 2012. Today, come discover a terroir-based cuisine, spiced up and acidulated with little hints from near and far.
