Your estate in a nutshell: small family-run vineyard since 1918, located on the 'Colline de Brouilly' hill.

As an independent grower, I'm attached to values and traditions.

The chef: Philippe Masson, the chef at "Passion Cuisine" – a culinary school in Rully, Burgundy – runs hands-on cooking classes for groups of friends or professionals, to learn or perfect culinary skills.

Philippe Masson is a former Jacques Lameloise pastry chef (17 years).
