    Your Estate in One Word

    The Domaine Perrusset is, first and foremost, the story of my father, Daniel — a self-taught and passionate man — who planted his hillside vines in 1981 in the village of Quincié-en-Beaujolais, located 5 km from Beaujeu, the historical capital of Beaujolais.

    The 2021 harvest was his final year of production.

    He passed on to me his knowledge, his passion, and his deep connection to the Beaujolais land.

    It is my heartfelt mission to preserve this precious legacy by offering you vibrant, joyful wines that reflect the spirit of our family.

     

    Her Signature Cuvée

    The “Fille Père” Cuvée

    This cuvée was created just after the “Père Fille” cuvée. It marked the end of my father Daniel Perrusset’s winemaking career, with his last harvest in 2021.

    The “Père Fille” cuvée was crafted together, hand in hand.

    With the “Fille Père” cuvée, I took the reins — guided by the watchful eye and invaluable advice of my dad.

    After working alongside some of the most renowned names in French gastronomy, the chef found his home at the restaurant “Au Château,” where he shares his passion and love for cooking with you.

    He pays tribute to the French culinary tradition while adding his own personal touch, using high-quality local products. The dishes — delicate and full of texture — evolve with the seasons, based on fresh arrivals and the chef’s inspiration. Siôn Evans brings a breath of fresh air!
