The event

June 8th and 9th, we look forward to having you as our guest for an interactive, family-style lunch. In fact, this will be the first time ever for me to host an open house at our château. We'll start things off with a tour of our estate that's been in the family since 1969. We'll serve an apéritif in our cellar, or weather permitting, outside on the estate grounds with homemade appetizers (my friends and family say I'm a good cook). 


Afterwards, we'll dine inside – it’s more convenient in terms of logistics. I'll be making the starters and Chef RENARD from the restaurant La Maison Blanche will make the main dish (never a disappointment). The cheese will come from Chauvenet’s and dessert will be homemade.

For me, this is a first, and I'm thrilled to make one of my dreams come true by cooking for guests who I'll be meeting the very same day.

I'll be assisted by my spouse and children.
